If at the end of your 15-minute call, we agree that we're the right fit, then you'll be matched with one of our brokers and booked into their calendar for an initial consultation. We match the expertise of our brokers with the clients' needs.

STRUCTURE

Our broker will begin with a detailed collection of all relevant information (we call this a "Fact Find"). After the Fact Find is complete, the broker and our team will structure your deal.

DEAL

Once the deal has been structured and all parties agree, the broker will then prepare and submit your file to the chosen lender and keep you updated through out the process.

A bank only offers the products they have (and often it's not that many). A broker gives borrowers access to the whole market, not just one bank’s shelf. They model servicing and structure across entities, then negotiate with banks, non-banks and private credit to secure sharper terms and higher approval certainty. They also coordinate accountants and solicitors end-to-end so the borrower can stay focused on the business.

Question 2: Why do you charge a fee?

A broker’s role goes beyond finding a loan—they analyse complex structures, access non-bank and private credit channels, and negotiate terms banks won’t offer directly. The fee reflects the time, expertise and resources required to design and deliver a finance strategy that actually works, especially in scenarios that demand urgency, creativity, or multiple lender engagement.

Question 3: How long does the process take?

Timeframes depend on the complexity of the deal and the responsiveness of all parties. Straightforward applications can settle in 2–3 weeks, while complex, multi-entity or private credit transactions may take 4–8 weeks or longer. A broker will map out a realistic timeline upfront and drive the process to hit your settlement date.

Question 4: Can you help if a bank has already said no?

Yes. A broker can reassess the application, restructure it for a stronger presentation, and explore lenders—both bank and non-bank—that have different risk appetites or policies. Many complex deals that get declined by a single bank can be approved elsewhere with the right structuring.
